CineVerse (“we”, “us”) is a movie and TV discovery service available on the web and as a mobile app. This policy explains what information we handle and how.

What we collect

  • Usage analytics. We use privacy-friendly analytics (Vercel Analytics) to count visits and which pages/features are used. This is aggregated and not used to identify you.
  • Device/technical data. Standard data your browser or app sends (e.g. device type, approximate region, pages viewed).
  • Local preferences. Some settings may be stored on your device.

What we do NOT collect

We do not require an account, and we do not collect your name, contacts, precise location, or financial information. We do not sell your data.

Third-party data

Movie and TV metadata, images and trailers are provided by third parties including TMDB, the Internet Archive and YouTube. Trailers play via YouTube’s embedded player, which is subject to Google’s privacy policy. We link out to official streaming services; their policies apply once you leave CineVerse.

Content

CineVerse is a discovery and information service. We display metadata and link to official sources; we do not host or stream copyrighted content. The “Free to Watch” section streams public-domain / Creative-Commons titles from the Internet Archive.

Children

CineVerse is intended for users aged 13 and over and is not directed at children.
